POLY GEL LIQUID is a durable and versatile material that combines the best properties of poly gel and base coat. Its unique formula contains 60–80% acrylic polymer and 20–30% of base coat components, making it an excellent alternative to a traditional base coat.
This innovative product allows nail technicians to work efficiently with short nails, enabling quick application and seamless transformations for clients. It self-levels effortlessly, offers exceptional adhesion, and ensures a long-lasting, flawless manicure.
How to Work with POLY GEL LIQUID
1. Prepare the nail – perform a manicure and prep the nail for application.
2. Chemical preparation – cleanse and dehydrate the nail (use a cleanser, dehydrator, and ultra bond if needed).
3. Apply a base layer as a foundation.
4. Apply a leveling layer using the “border” technique, remove the sticky layer, and file if necessary.
5. Cure the builder gel – 2 minutes in a UV lamp or 60 seconds in an LED lamp.
6. Apply color in 1–2 thin coats. Avoid thick layers, as excessive pigmentation may hinder proper curing.
7. Cure each layer – 1 minute in an LED lamp or 2 minutes in a UV lamp. Do not use a conveyor method, as interruptions in polymerization can result in incomplete curing.
8. Check the application quality for a smooth and even finish.
9. Seal with a top coat and cure for 120 seconds. Allow the top coat to cool for 1–2 minutes before applying cuticle oil or hand cream.
