Noemi Dye Solution 3%

Mix Noemi Dye with Noemi Solution in a 1:1 ratio until obtaining a creamy, even consistency. Apply the mixture to the eyebrows or eyelashes. After application, leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the color with water.  

Noemi’s 3% eyelash&eyebrow dye developer has been created to work perfectly alongside the Noemi hybrid dye range. Thanks to a creamy consistency it facilitates mixing and does not drip during application. Available in two formats of 14 ml and 100 ml.
