The HEAD Professional Desktop Dust Collector DH-01 is a powerful nail dust extractor designed for professional manicure and nail services. With an airflow capacity of up to 400 m³/h, it efficiently captures fine nail dust and particles produced during filing and e-file work, helping maintain a cleaner and more comfortable workspace for both the nail technician and the client.

The integrated HEPA filtration system captures fine particles, while adjustable suction power allows the technician to select the required performance level. For maximum collection of fine nail dust, operation at full suction power is recommended.

Special attention has been given to acoustic comfort. The dust collector operates at approximately 53–68 dB, with its construction designed to reduce unpleasant high-frequency noise.

Operation

Turn the control clockwise until you hear a click to switch the dust collector on. Rotate the control to adjust the suction power.

For the most efficient collection of fine dust particles, using the device at maximum suction power is recommended.

Care & Maintenance

Clean the filter daily at the end of the working day to maintain optimal suction performance. When working with larger amounts of nail dust, clean the filter more frequently.

The HEPA filter should be replaced approximately every 3–6 months, depending on frequency and intensity of use.

After each filing procedure, use a brush to sweep remaining dust from the surface of the unit towards the suction grid.

The dust collector can additionally be equipped with the F-11GR HEPA filter with an extended service life and activated carbon particles for absorbing unpleasant and potentially irritating odors. Filter sold separately.

Safety

• Always operate the dust collector with the filter installed and the cover closed.
• Disconnect the device from the power outlet at the end of the working day.
• Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the unit yourself.
• If the device malfunctions, stop using it immediately and disconnect it from the mains.
