Step 2 – Neutralising Lotion for Brow Lamination by Mrs. Highbrow
The second step of the lamination process. This Neutralising Lotion stabilizes the hairs in their new shape after the lifting cream, helping to lock in the desired result for long-lasting hold.
How to use:
• Apply a small amount of Neutralising Lotion where the Lifting Cream was applied, using a microbrush
• Distribute evenly over the brow hairs
• Processing time:
• Very fine brows: 3–4 minutes
• Normal brows: 5–6 minutes
• Coarse brows: 6–7 minutes
• Remove with a dry cotton bud
Result: brows are fixed into the new shape and ready for the final moisturizing step.
